今日のブログは英語で挑戦。かなり怪しいですが、何事も挑戦ということでお許しを。
We have decided to change an official language in our company from Japanese to English gradually.
This is because we want to expand our service globally and launch some branches overseas.
In order to do so, we need to hire some local staff and manage them in English.
If we use Japanese as the official language, almost all of local staff members will not be able to understand and feel uncomfortable.
But if we use English as the official language, most of them can understand some information and messages in our organization and feel they have opportunities to play an active role.
However there are many employees who can't understand English in our company, so I want to hire an employee from outside Japan who can speak Japanese a little and English well.
I plan to assign the person to a secretary in administration department.
Her main task is some office works like our schedule management, ordering equipments and so on, and correct our poor English to natural English like an English teacher.
To sum it all up,,,,
We are looking for a group assistant who also have a role of English teacher and my secretary in our company.
I think people from asian countries are better for the position, especially the Filipino may be the best.
